The sensor ground Precision™ from Toro incorporates the same technology as the sensors used in commercial installations and golf courses all over the world. This system continuously measures the moisture level of the soil to determine whether or not to allow the developer to start the irrigation, which reduces water wastage and maximizes the efficiency of your irrigation system. The communication between the sensor probe and receiver is completely wireless, so installation is quick and simple, without the need for digging.
The connector optional Smart Connect® plug-in mechanism in the timer, and allows you to establish wireless communications with several additional devices including a weather sensor, a handheld remote control and up to three sensors of soil
Can be used up to three sensors of soil (one per hour of irrigation) to control the level of moisture in the soil and avoid excessive irrigation or insufficient. Have a maximum wireless range of 152.4 m, and are installed without the need for digging.
