Shipping terms

The shipment will be made by courier company.

The usual delivery time in Spain is usually between 3 and 10 days (according to the article that you asked), since the completion of the order. In the European Union the delivery time can reach 15 days.

Once you leave the order of the store will inform the customer by e-mail.

In order to optimize the delivery, thank the Customer to indicate an address in which the order can be delivered within normal working hours.

The Customer must check the good condition of the package to the carrier indicating on the delivery note of delivery any anomaly that could detect in the packaging. Conditions of return

All products purchased on the page www.cesped.es can be returned and refunded, provided that the Customer notifies his intention to return the/the product/s purchased/s within a maximum period of 14 natural days from the date of delivery and that is in the same state in which it is delivered (see other details in the return procedure defined in the section "general Terms and conditions of use").

The customer assumes the costs of returning the goods when you dismiss the purchase.
